Stair Master Workout

As I mentioned in my Weekly Workout Plan I do High Intensity Interval Training (AKA: HIIT) three times a week. When I shared my 30 Minute 300 Calorie Burn Elliptical Workout I got requests for a couple of HIIT cardio options. So next up we tackle the Stair Master. The machine looks intimidating but I promise you it is very easy and helps sculpt your booty why you do it! Two workouts in one? Yes please! Since this is resistance training it helps with muscle definition and continues fat burning even after your done (heck yes!).

As always, I have had this approved by my friend who is a certified trainer and I created this graphic so we can all save it on our phones (or on Pinterest) so we can do it together!

Great stuff! I have to admit the stair master wipes me out, but I love the challenge. I’ll have to give this a shot next time I’m in our building’s gym.
