Elliptical Workout

As I mentioned in my Weekly Workout Plan I do High Intensity Interval Training (AKA: HIIT) three times a week. Since I have an old knee injury I prefer using the elliptical or bike. The other day I only have 30 minutes before I had guests coming over but I was determined to keep my streak of breaking a sweat every single day so I began to play around with the the resistance and intervals of my 30 minutes of the elliptical, mocking some classes I have taken in the past, and boy did I see results. Over 300 calories burned in 30 minutes! I was sold.

After mentioning this on my Instagram Stories I got tons of DMs asking for me to share. So after getting this approved from my friend who is a certified trainer I created a graphic we can all save on our phones (or on Pinterest) so we can do it together!
