30 Minute 300 Calorie Burn Treadmill Workout

As I mentioned in my Weekly Workout Plan I do High Intensity Interval Training (AKA: HIIT) three times a week. When I shared my 30 Minute 300 Calorie Burn Elliptical Workout and 20 Minute 200 Calorie Burn Stair Master Workout I got requests for more of HIIT cardio options. So next up we tackle the Treadmill. My friend who is a certified personal trainer says “Try it! You’ll hate it! And love it.” Also,”Incline is how you get your booty tight while walking,” ummmm yes please! And lastly my ultimate favorite “You should not look pretty after any of the above workout! Unless you’re a freak.” Haha!

Just want to make sure that I point out that 30 minutes may not be something you are comfortable with if you are just getting into working out. If that is the case shoot for 20 minutes!

This sounds like a killer workout! I need to try this the next time I’m looking for a new treadmill routine! I’ve never ran on an incline, I may need to try that!

I’m definitely bookmarking this post for this upcoming weekend because the weather is supposed to take a turn for the worse and I probably won’t be making it to my kickboxing class, so this will be perfect to do at home!

I’ve been loving my treadmill classes at Barry’s and mile high run club- I don’t get as bored as on my own haha!

Cardio is very necessary for weight lose. No one can lose weight by only doing weight lifting, as this post is saying. Work out needs some cardio before weight training and this makes our muscles flexible.
