Maybe it’s the Texan in me but big hair, a big skirt or a bold look was never something I shied away from.

After chopping my hair to my blonder spring/summer bob (if you are in DC/VA/MD area go to Jamie Bishop of Haute.202 she is amazefest) I have been playing with new ways to style it. I am currently loooooving the textured, messy look. My OCD is having a tough time running my fingers through for texture and letting it be but I am slowly getting there.

In this post I used Salon Grafix Dry Shampoo for lift and texture (which comes in blonde and brunette so no more white powder left on your roots) followed by a spritz of their Volumizing Hair Spray. These magic products gave me exactly what I was looking for! I think next I am going to put some waves in it to add to the texture and go heavier on the Salon Grafix Hair Spray.

**Don’t forget, DC/VA/MD gals, TONIGHT is the PANDORA Georgetown Grand Opening with yours truly & Lucky Magazine! Get more deets here and I can’t wait to see you! :)

Everything about this look is fun and carefree! I’m slowly incorporating colors into my clothing choices (tend to do lots of black and sometimes neutrals). Loving your hair so much :-) Wish I could make the event, would love to meet you!
