If you follow me on Twitter you may have witnessed my complaining chat with some other bloggers about the conspicuous lack of “rainy day” outfit inspiration in the blogosphere. So I made it my mission to compile all of the rainy day outfit inspiration I could find on my newest Pinterest board.

As we transition from chilly rainy days  into warm and dreary days, I try to forgo heavy trench coats. To solve the problem of staying dry I stick with my rainboots and a large umbrella, but since my office can be chilly I toss on an over-sized scarf to stay warm.

With my new rainy day inspiration I can’t wait for more spring showers to come!

My favorite basic every-day tee is Old Navy’s Vintage Style V-Neck Tees.

My favorite spring nail color is by FAR Essie’s Cute as a Button and I always top it off with Deborah Lippmann’s Base & Top coat. Also, as this will come as no shock, I live in NARS Schiap and HeatWave,

Once the weather begins to warm up my uniform is an easy, breezy dress (this one is now on sale) and my panama hat.

When you are wearing just a simple dress (to stay cool in the hot summer weather) accessories are key to amp up a look.
