Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana

Play

As I said in my last post, there is SO much to do at the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana that we needed to break this bad boy into two posts. So lets get to playin’…

I’m sure that pool bar in the first picture caught your attention, and rightfully so, it was my and J’s main hub throughout our stay. You can easily grab a frozen cocktail, seek shade and just relax. Also, a fun spot to make friends with fellow travelers. We met people from all over the world!

Of course, there’s also the stunning beach steps away from the two pools in The Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium section of the resort. You can take a long walk on the beach (one of our morning routines) or lounge on one of the many oversized beds under a palm umbrella with a cocktail in your hand. There are also tons of excursions you can do away from the comforts of your area of the resort like snorkeling!

Now if you are looking to take your relaxation to another level there is always the couples trip go-to …the couples massage. You can chose from a massage right on the beach or inside their spa.Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta CanaGrand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana

Once we were good and relaxed after our couples massage we decided to explore other parts of the resort. One of our favorite attractions was the Dominican fair. We came home with hand carved muddlers for our friends and family. Sips & Bites

As our night winded down we headed back to our room and got dressed for dinner. Before dinner we grabbed a hand rolled Dominican Cigar (made right in front of us!) to smoke on our walk and sipped on a martini at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana‘s newest cocktail bar, The Hemingway Bar. Of all of the bars throughout the resort this was by far our favorite one.

Last but definitely not least I have to share our favorite restaurant on the property. This may come as a bit of a shock but it was the Indian cuisine restaurant, Boghali, hands down. The plating was modern but the food was inspired by the Chef’s comfort food of his childhood.

If you really want to up your romantic game the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana also has dinners on the beach for two they can set up for you!

All in all, my romantic trip for two to the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Punta Cana was exactly what J and I needed. Relaxing, with a hint of adventure.
