I am kind of sad to see my ALP Wedding series come to an end. It has been fabulous reliving the best day of my life. To end the series it is only appropriate to share what really made the day personal. The details…

When our wedding party arrived at the Vineyard/Bed & Breakfast for the first time they were greeted in their rooms by Wedding Survival Kits (AKA Hangover Kits filled with crackers, mints, Advil and custom label water bottles) and the Itinerary for the action packed weekend…

Our gifts to our Groomsmen were monogramed flasks and we may or may not have given them something to fill them with as well… A Lacey Perspective: The Details

For our Bridesmaids they received monogramed robes and flips flops, which they put on while we got ready and promptly after the wedding for the after party…A Lacey Perspective: The Details

We did our Save the Dates and Invites online with Paperless Post (which I highly recommend – made my life so much easier) but you can also have PP make you a hard copy so you can send it to grandparents without email and have for your photographer to capture…A Lacey Perspective: The Details

Our wedding guests were greeted with a complimentary wine tasting of the vineyards wine. Their wine glasses had their table assignments attached with custom made wine tags. This removed the always annoying waiting in line to find your table assignment (usually on one wall/table) during cocktail hour. These were a big hit…A Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The Details

In lieu of programs for each guest we opted for program signage. This sign was at the top of the hill as the guest left the wine tasting and headed to the ceremony…A Lacey Perspective: The Details

After the ceremony, during cocktail hour there were cards with our Wedding Snap info. This is like a personal Instagram for your big day where everyone can capture (on their iPhones/Android) your wedding in once place you can see later…

Our guestbook was a frame made by a family member that captured wine corks that were signed by guests and dropped in. Also, a vintage box to hold the cards we received…A Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The Details

In lieu of wedding gifts, we donated to a charity that hits close to home…A Lacey Perspective: The Details

One of the biggest hits of the evening was the his and her cocktails…

We also personalized the bar with a clever sign and a note from us to our family on the chalkboard above…A Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The Details

Our table number signs were custom made wine labels…A Lacey Perspective: The DetailsA Lacey Perspective: The Details

The color scheme for our reception was black, white and gold…

We had 150+ wine bottles bases removed (this was quite the process finding someone who can do this) and we set candles underneath each one. To add some height, we used the bridesmaids bouquets as floral pieces. Instead of going floral heavy on the table I wanted the room to glow…A Lacey Perspective: The Details

Instead of a traditional wedding cake we went for a cupcake tower. I didn’t want silly children’s birthday cupcakes, I wanted sophisticated cupcakes and our amazing baker made it happen…A Lacey Perspective: The Details A Lacey Perspective: The Details A Lacey Perspective: The Details

I have to say one BIG final thank you to my amazing vendors (whom which I would vouch for with my life)! If it was not for these people my day would not have been what it was. Perfect.

Beautiful and understated. I had the same wedding colors. I like the rustic quality of the room contrasted with your elegant decor.
